　　Project Requirements: Construction of a large-scale cold chain logistics cold storage facility for JD.com, primarily for the warehousing and distribution of fresh produce, meat, vegetables, and other food products. The facility covers multiple temperature zones, including a 3,000 m² freezer (-18 to -25°C), two 1,860 m² chillers (0 to 10°C), and an 860 m² loading dock (8 to 15°C). Equipment configuration follows a "one-duty, one-standby" standard with electric defrosting. The system utilizes eco-friendly Freon refrigerant and a pump-fed liquid supply method.

　　Project Description: The project involves the construction/renovation of two levels: a low-temperature storage area on the first floor and a chiller storage area on the second floor. The low-temperature area features a section with fully automated racking and an under-floor heating system to prevent frost heave; the refrigeration system utilizes a pair of parallel Frascold low-temperature 90-HP screw compressors. The first-floor operation area covers approximately 800 m² (without floor insulation) and uses air-cooled piston-type condensing units. The second-floor chiller area is divided into two rooms with extruded polystyrene (XPS) floor insulation; it is equipped with a pair of parallel 70-HP screw compressors, Italian LU-VE air coolers, expansion valve liquid supply, and electric defrosting.
