Long Time Fresh Fruit Keeping Cold Storage Warehouse

The cold storage warehouse the client initially did not perform well, which led to a short storage period, and a decrease in the amount of fruit that could be stored for sales during the off season.

Other companies traditionally supply nitrogen when reducing the oxygen content in old refrigeration systems that have a bad performance and need to be updated. However, nitrogen does not have a great long term preservation effect.

In order to construct a cold storage house with better refrigeration effects and long term storage, we utilized the following designs:

• The long term cold storage warehouse uses an America Emerson-Copeland fully hermetic compressor unit, a Haocool air cooler, a Haocool control cabinet specially designed for cold storage warehouses, and an LED high/low temperature stable, secure moisture resistant lamp designed especially for cold storage warehouses, a humiture recorder and full set of atmospheric control systems. The air conditioning device achieves fully automatic control, reduces worker entrance/exit time, and thus, reduces the oxygen content inside the cold storage warehouse.
• The board uses polyurethane double sided color steel, with a density of 0.5kg/cubic decimeter and thickness of 150mm. The gap between the thermal insulation board uses a specialized sealant and cloth for sealing. In addition, the cold storage warehouse is also equipped with a specialized thermal insulation door in order to improve the thermal insulation and sealing performance.
• Haocool designed 2 controlled atmosphere cold storage with 600m³ and 1 cold storage warehouse with 300m³ to meet different client storage needs.

The fresh fruit cold storage warehouse for Quzhou Mizhiyuan Fruit Industry occupies 1000m³, and began construction on July 15, 2013. The construction period was just over a month, and was completed August 20, 2013. After construction, an air pressure test was carried out to test the seal function, and passed client requirements. The cold storage warehouse has been in use since.
