There are three cold storages planned, one of which is a 3,100 cubic meter raw material cold storage; the second is a 3,400 cubic meter raw material freezer; the third is a 300 cubic meter finished product quick-frozen storage, with a total construction area of ​​about 7,000 cubic meters.

  Project Overview:

  (1) The cold storage for chain catering in the project is constructed by our company Haoshuang Refrigeration, which includes a complete set of cold chain design solutions and installation projects such as frozen finished product warehouse, frozen raw material warehouse, and refrigerated raw material warehouse;

  (2) The volume of the project is 3100 cubic meters for cold storage, 3400 cubic meters for freezer, and 300 cubic meters for quick-freeze warehouse. The polyurethane foam material is 150MM thick B1 warehouse board. Our engineering and technical personnel adopt one warehouse one control method and use double-sided color steel electric sliding doors for single and double doors. The insulation material of the warehouse is B1 flame-retardant wall panels, the raw material quick-freeze warehouse and finished product freezer warehouse use 150mm polyurethane double-sided color steel plates, and the raw material cold storage warehouse uses 120mm polyurethane double-sided color steel plates. The warehouse panels are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with extremely high heat resistance, thus ensuring a stable low-temperature environment for the cold storage while greatly reducing the subsequent operating costs.

  (3) The cold storage refrigeration system uses Freon refrigerant, and the refrigerator uses piston air-cooled box type, with one unit per warehouse, totaling 8 sets. The low-temperature cold storage uses Bitzer air-cooled units, with one unit per warehouse, and the refrigerated raw materials and refrigerated finished product warehouses switch between freezing and refrigeration. The refrigeration system of this project uses the German Bitzer screw two-parallel compressor unit, which has a large cooling capacity, high cost performance, safety and reliability. In addition, the cold storage is equipped with the Italian Lovell imported series of high-efficiency strong wind air coolers, which makes the temperature drop fast and the convection cycle fast, so as to achieve temperature uniformity in every corner.

  (4) The quick-freezing cold storage cold storage design temperature is -35℃ and uses the Bitzer screw two-parallel compressor. The German Bitzer compressor has a large cooling capacity, high cost performance, safety and reliability. The system is a direct expansion type, using electric defrosting air cooler equipment, fast cooling, and can store various types of goods with frequent incoming goods, relatively large heat load, and high requirements for refrigeration effect.

  (5) The control system adopts an imported large-screen control system, which is convenient, fast, beautiful and practical. The temperature control system adopts an original imported thermostat to adjust the temperature in the warehouse. The controller has functions such as fully automatic constant temperature control and adjustment, temperature and humidity alarm, data recording, and mobile client monitoring. The project is scheduled to be completed in January 2020 and is currently in the debugging stage.
