1000m³ Tangerine Cold Storage Solution &Construction Project in Quzhou

Requirements

Our team was tasked with building a 1000 m3 Controlled Atmosphere (CA) cold storage facility for storing tangerines. This project included 2 CA cold storage units and 1 cold room, all with a temperature range of 0 to 5℃, and had a duration requirement of one month.

Project overview

We installed PU-150 double-sided steel insulation panels for the construction of the project, which provided excellent insulation properties.

In terms of refrigeration equipment, we chose the Compel and Scroll compressor condensing unit (CDU), along with Haocool air coolers, control box, LED for low-temperature use, and a temperature and humidity recorder. Additionally, we installed controlled atmosphere equipment to ensure the best storage conditions for tangerines.
