Concentrated Tea Liquid Quick Freezing Room

Client: Zhejiang Changyu Tea Products Co., Ltd.

Project profile
This cold room is used to produce and process concentrated tea liquid, and requires that the temperature be steady at -45℃, thus classifying it as an ultralow temperature cold storage room.

In order to satisfy the client’s strict temperature requirements, we installed a PLC automatic control system to conduct real time monitoring of the concentrated tea liquid temperature. Simultaneously, operation of the quick freezing room is done under fully automatic control, which improves convenience in usage.
