Requirements

The project calls for the construction of 9 cold storage facilities with a PC Center controlled management system completed within 90 days, which includes 9 pre-cooling units with a temperature range of (0~5℃) and 1 blaster freezer unit with a temperature of -30℃.

The client also requested that we use energy-saving solutions and work within a specified budget, as well as satisfy all user requirement standards documents.

Project overview

The facility boasts a total of 10,000 m³ of space, including a cold room with a volume of 7,700 m³, a pre-cooling unit with a volume of 1,100 m³, and a blaster freezer with a volume of 105 m³. To ensure optimal refrigeration and cooling performance, we’ve installed a Hanbell screw refrigeration unit (model: three parallel TRC-100B) in the cold room, a Refcomp Piton refrigeration compressor unit (model SP4H500) in the pre-cooling unit, and a Hanbell screw refrigeration unit (model: LB-800) in the blaster freezer.

For even greater energy efficiency, we’ve equipped all of the facilities with Kinder efficiency air coolers. These coolers are designed to be both energy-saving and environmentally friendly, while also providing low noise and efficient cooling.
