• Requirement: Our client has entrusted us with building a state-of-the-art cold storage facility spanning 10,000 square meters with a total height of 8.3 meters. The project includes a cold room and freezer with temperature ranges of 0~5℃ and -18~25℃, respectively, and a loading area of 45 square meters with a controlled temperature of 0~5℃.

Project overview

Our construction team utilized high-quality materials to ensure optimal insulation for the project. The insulation panels, which were double-sided steel panels with PU-100mm for the cold room and PU-150mm for the freezer, provide excellent insulation to maintain the desired temperature.

The storage room is equipped with an automatic sliding door, which is made of the same material as the insulation panels and easy to operate.

To guarantee optimal cooling efficiency, our team equipped the project with 3 BITZER semi-hermetic parallel low-temperature condensing units, providing a total cooling capacity of 816KW. The evaporator is equipped with 24 sets of LV-VE air coolers.

Our project features a highly functional temperature control system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure it remains at the desired level. Additionally, the system includes various functions such as temperature and humidity alarms, data recording, and mobile client monitoring.
