Zhou Heiya Food Industrial Park Logistics E-commerce Food Processing Cold Storage Project

　　Project requirements: With the expansion of the market, Zhouheiya Food Co., Ltd. needs to build cold storage in multiple temperature zones in order to meet the storage safety of its entire series of production, processing, packaging, distribution and other links. The logistics e-commerce processing cold storage project of the Food Industrial Park is under construction by our Haoshuang Refrigeration. Currently, our company has completed projects in Shanghai, Hubei, Hebei, Beijing and other places, meeting the full range of cold chain needs such as low-temperature production and processing, raw material storage, pickling, cooling zone, temporary storage area, sorting and packaging, storage, and cold chain distribution.

　　Plan overview:

　　(1) Phase I project overview: The high temperature library of Shanghai Zhouheiya Food Co., Ltd. was undertaken by Haoshuang Refrigeration Shanghai Corporation in 2014. The project has been completed and delivered to customers for use on December 20, 2014.

　　(2) Overview of the second phase project: The workshop cold storage project of Zhouheiya New Factory Project 1#, the construction site is located in Qingxian, Cangzhou, Hebei Province. This project has 19 cold storages (15 cold storages and 4 e-commerce cold storages). According to customer needs, the temperature zone is: -18℃, 0℃, 2-4℃, 8℃, 12℃ high-temperature warehouses, etc.

　　Design features: Unifreon refrigeration, barrel pump liquid supply (15 new refrigeration rooms and 4 e-commerce cold storages built in Phase IV), direct injection liquid supply method (other scale projects), etc.
