• Requirements: Our client, the general contractor of the project, entrusted Haocool with the crucial task of designing and installing a temperature-controlled environment for their agricultural products. We worked closely with our client to ensure that the project met their exact specifications.

Project overview

Our client estimated the need for a cold storage solution with a total volume of 22,540 cubic meters, including a cold storage (-5℃~5℃) and a freezer (-25℃) to accommodate their business expansion.

Our refrigeration system consists of two low-temperature semi-parallel screw compressor units, two evaporative-type condensers, and ten sets of air coolers. To ensure proper temperature and humidity control, we installed a PLC control system that automatically adjusts and records the temperature and humidity levels. The system also has an alarm function to alert staff if the door is closed by mistake, and a long-distance control feature for convenient management.
