  Project Requirements: Shanghai Heyu Trade Cold Storage Project is 45000 cubic meters in size. The project has a construction area of ​​about 5775㎡. The cold storage building is divided into two floors. The first floor cold storage has a construction area of ​​about 2884㎡, and the cold storage part is divided into 7 rooms. The second floor cold storage has a construction area of ​​about 5242㎡, and the cold storage part is divided into 11 rooms. The cold storage is divided into high temperature refrigeration of 0-8 degrees and low temperature refrigeration of -18 degrees. The high temperature storage refrigeration system adopts the fluorine system barrel pump evaporative cold supply principle. This liquid supply principle meets the energy-saving and low-consumption requirements of the equipment and is green and environmentally friendly.

  Since the cold storage is multi-room, considering the operation and use conditions and the distance of the conveying pipeline, Yantai Ice Wheel Barrel Pump Unit is specially selected for the cold storage. According to the high standards of the customer, the machine is started and the project meets the design requirements. All acceptances have been qualified. The cold storage project is located in Jinshan, Shanghai. It was completed in January 2013 and delivered to the customer for use.

  Features of the barrel pump unit:

  a. After the barrel pump unit is adopted, the return air is separated into gas and liquid in the barrel, so that the working fluid entering the compressor is realized as dry gas, avoiding the possibility of wet stroke operation of the compressor.

  b. The forced liquid supply method of the fluorine pump (multiple full liquid supply) is adopted. Due to the increase in the liquid supply in the evaporator and the acceleration of the working fluid flow rate, the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator is improved.

  c. The mutual heat exchange between gas and liquid in the barrel pump (gas overheating, liquid overcooling) improves the COP coefficient (energy efficiency ratio), which can save energy by about 20%.

  d. The barrel pump unit is equipped with automatic and manual oil return devices. The oil in the evaporator of the system returns to the compressor efficiently, which effectively solves the oil return problem of the compressor fluorine system and improves the reliability of the system operation.

  If the barrel pump process is used in this project, the equipment and material costs will be increased by 202,638 yuan. According to the energy saving of 20%, 139,459 kWh of electricity can be saved each year. Calculated at one yuan per kWh, the investment cost can be recovered in one and a half years.

  Select screw parallel units

  a. There are many cooling combinations, and when the incoming volume fluctuates greatly or the ambient temperature fluctuates greatly, a better cooling ratio can be obtained.

  b. High operating reliability. When any compressor fails, it will not affect the operation of the entire system.

  c. The compressor movement does not decrease, the structure is simple and compact, the clearance volume is small, the compression strength is large, and the refrigeration efficiency is high.

  d. The single compressor in the unit has a minimum operating load of 25%, and can be adjusted to 50%, 75%, and 100% energy, trying to match the required cooling capacity under the current working conditions, making the system more efficient and energy-saving.

  e. The unit control is advanced PLC electronic control and display function.

  f. The internationally renowned brand Bitzer screw refrigeration compressor is selected, which has high operating reliability and low noise compared to similar products.

  g. Parallel pipelines and valves are set up between two relatively independent systems. When the common equipment or components of a single system (refrigeration unit and condenser) fail, the other system can maintain its basic operation.

  Select evaporative condenser

  a. A lower condensing temperature can be obtained, which effectively improves the refrigeration efficiency, and the refrigeration capacity can be increased by about 25% compared with the air-cooled condenser.

  b. The cooling method of combined cooling of water and air is adopted, which makes it have the common characteristics of both. At the same time, the evaporation process of water in the heat exchange process (latent heat change) also greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency.
