　　(2) Hazardous chemical explosion-proof cold storage project is mainly used to store hazardous chemicals and is required to meet the safety of the factory’s production. According to the actual cold storage construction needs of customers, a total of one pentahedral chemical explosion-proof cold storage is newly built, with a temperature requirement of -20℃~-32℃. The cold storage covers an area of ​​nearly 100 square meters, with a total construction volume of 320 cubic meters and a net height of 3.2 meters. Management meets centralized control and must meet the explosion-proof standards for storage cold storage. Under the premise of controlling costs, high-efficiency and energy-saving solutions and cold storage explosion-proof equipment are selected. Meet the main requirements of the URS document. 　　Solution Overview:

　　(1) The insulation walls and top plates of the hazardous chemical explosion-proof cold storage are made of 200mm thick polyurethane insulation boards, double-sided stainless steel 0.8mm thick, B1 grade flame retardant, and the ground insulation uses 50mm*4 layers of XPS extruded boards with cross-staggered seams. The cold storage door has a total of two double-sided stainless steel double-opening sliding doors, equipped with explosion-proof auxiliary materials, and the explosion-proof level is ExdIIBT4.

　　(2) The refrigeration unit uses explosion-proof equipment from Bitzer and Levitra, a total of 2 units, semi-enclosed air-cooled box units, two compressors use thermal fluorine defrosting, the internal connection materials are all explosion-proof, and the air coolers are both used in one for use and one for backup.

　　(3) The electronic control system and other materials are also explosion-proof, and the outdoor control cabinet is rainproof. It uses Siemens PLC electronic control for cold storage + backup mechanical backup temperature controller.
