According to the client requirements, Haocool designed an explosion resistant cold storage room that covered an area of 1000m3, which can then be divided into two separate areas as a 0-5℃ cold storage room and 15-20℃ cool storage room.
- In the cold storage room, Haocool installed 2 Bitzer brand 20P compressors to run the 2 air coolers. Because we design a “one works, one spare” process, the spare unit can immediately be put to use in the event of the first unit’s failure, without any detrimental downtime.
- Inside the cold storage room, we installed 4 Daikan brand 5P conditioner air duct units- 3 for normal operations, and the 4th as a spare.
- In order to conduct real time monitoring of the temperature inside the cold storage room, Haocool installed an independent temperature monitor device.
- Taking the temperature requirement of the explosion resistant cold storage room into consideration, Haocool uses B1 grade polyurethane double sided color steel with FM certification that is 100mm thick for an excellent flame resistance.
- 15 meters away from class A warehouses equipped with cold storage rooms are the dangerous explosion proof area. The explosion proof cold storage room passed the inspection according to the China explosion-proof cold storage standard.
