　　Project requirements: Zhejiang Huisong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s pharmaceutical cold storage is constructed by Haoshuang Refrigeration Hangzhou Branch. The cold storage is a 5000 cubic meter cool storage with a temperature of 25℃ and a construction period of 35 days. The cold storage is divided into an upper and lower structure.

　　Solution overview:

　　(1) The storage board adopts 120mm polyurethane double-sided color steel insulation storage board, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with a higher heat resistance rate, thereby ensuring a stable low-temperature environment for the cold storage while greatly reducing the later operating costs.

　　(2) The refrigeration system of the pharmaceutical cool storage adopts 4 sets of compressor units, which have large cooling capacity, high cost performance, safety and reliability. At the same time, the cold storage is equipped with 4 high-efficiency air coolers, which makes the temperature in the storage fast and the convection circulation fast, so as to achieve temperature uniformity in every corner.

　　(3) The temperature control system uses an original imported thermostat to adjust the temperature in the storage. The controller has an energy-saving function and can set the peak and valley working hours to achieve the effect of reducing electricity bills.
