XPS cold storage board is a cold storage insulation material made of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). XPS cold storage board has excellent thermal insulation performance, low thermal conductivity, high pressure resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for various cold storage environments.
Performance characteristics
Low thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of XPS cold storage board is as low as 0.028W/M.K, which can effectively reduce the temperature transfer inside and outside the cold storage and keep the temperature inside the cold storage stable.
High pressure resistance: Due to its closed-cell honeycomb structure, XPS cold storage board has extremely high pressure resistance and can withstand large loads.
Aging resistance: Under normal use, XPS cold storage board will hardly age and decompose, and has a long service life.
Moisture and moisture proof: XPS cold storage board hardly absorbs water, which can effectively prevent the influence of moisture on the insulation effect of cold storage.
Application scenarios
XPS cold storage board is widely used in various cold storage environments, including:
Small cold storage: usually the same material as the wall insulation is used, suitable for cold storage floors and walls that need insulation.
Medium cold storage: Use XPS extruded board to pave the floor, and lay moisture-proof and vapor-proof materials on the top and bottom to enhance moisture-proof performance, and finally pour concrete or reinforced concrete to provide stable support.
Large cold storage: When laying XPS extruded board, choose different thicknesses of board according to the temperature of the cold storage (150mm to 200mm thick for low-temperature cold storage, 100mm to 150mm thick for high-temperature cold storage), and lay moisture-proof and vapor-proof layers on the top and bottom, and finally pour reinforced concrete.
