Rotary refrigeration compressor

　　The rotary compressor is a new type of compressor. Its motor does not need to convert the rotary motion of the rotor into the reciprocating motion of the piston, but directly drives the rotary piston to rotate to complete the compression of the refrigerant vapor.

　　According to the sealing method

　　Fully enclosed type: The motor and the compressor are completely sealed, used for household refrigerators and air conditioners.

　　Semi-enclosed type: Partially removable, used for commercial refrigerators or small cold storage.

　　According to the driving method

　　Fixed frequency: Fixed speed, low cost, suitable for scenes with stable load.

　　Variable frequency: The speed is adjusted by the frequency converter, which is energy-saving and adaptable to load changes.

　　This type of air compressor is more suitable for small air conditioners, especially for household air conditioners. For example, the rotary air compressors produced by General Electric Company and Wop Company in the United States are designed with better anti-overheating and lubrication devices. It adopts a cooling method that leads part of the refrigerant at the condenser to the compression chamber with a pipe so that it is sprayed in the cylinder, which improves the cooling effect.

　　Its main advantages are: due to the rotary motion of the piston, the compression work is smooth, stable and balanced. In addition, the rotary air compressor has no clearance volume and no interference from re-expanding gas, so it has the advantages of high compression efficiency, few parts, small size, light weight, good balance performance, low noise, complete protection measures and low power consumption.
