Water-cooled condenser

  The cold storage water-cooled condenser is a condenser that uses water as a cooling medium. It is mainly used to condense high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerants into liquids while releasing heat. Its working principle is to remove the heat generated during the condensation process through the temperature rise of water. It usually needs to cooperate with a cooling tower or a cooling water pool to circulate the cooling water.

  Structural features

  Cold storage water-cooled condensers usually adopt shell and tube or sleeve structures. The shell and tube condenser is the most common type, and its structure includes components such as the shell, heat transfer tube bundle, tube sheet, baffle and tube box. This structure is simple and reliable in operation, and is suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments. The sleeve condenser is composed of tubes of different diameters that are connected to each other to form an efficient heat transfer structure. The cooling water flows in a pipe with a smaller diameter, forming a countercurrent with the refrigerant to improve the heat transfer efficiency.
