Industrial Cubic Evaporator

Our industrial cubic evaporator boasts a spray-molded design that’s anti-corrosive and has a respectable appearance. The coil is arranged in a new way to reduce wind-side resistance, while aluminum sheets wrapped on the copper pipe with mechanical expanding tubes ensure high heat transfer efficiency.

Our air cooler uses a special fan motor that operates with low noise, produces large air flow, and has steady performance. The wires are all contained in a convenient terminal box, making installation and maintenance a breeze. Plus, our U-shaped stainless steel electrical heating tube provides efficient defrosting.

Our air cooler is designed with a groove shape type for easy control. All our products undergo pressure retaining and nitrogenization treatment before leaving our facility.

• Copper Tube:We use high-quality bright internal thread copper tubes with guaranteed thickness, and hydraulic mechanical expansion tubes ensure a reliable tension coefficient.
• Fins:Our industrial cubic evaporators feature high-quality hydrophilic and epoxy aluminum foil that can be stamped into corrugated fins with higher anti-corrosion performance. The fin spacing can be adjusted for different temperatures, and the high flange height and tight connection with the copper tube ensure sufficient fin thickness, allowing for long-term operation with no decrease in heat transfer capacity.
• Motor:We use the best-known brand of Ziehl-Abegg and EBM external rotor motors, with advanced fan blades that produce large air volume, low power consumption, low noise, and long service life.
